Hope you get your hearing improves soon. We would all be lost without it. You might need to get yourself an ear trumpet lol.
I reckon you might be better off panning "elect gtr2" mics 1 & 2 to the left and "elec gtr3" mics 1 & 2 to the Right. I believe that the mic1 and 2 are just different positions of the same recording thus causing some of the comb filtering I'm hearing and the mono-ing of the guitars. It would be interesting to hear the guitars panned this way with your effects you have used.
