- About The Raw Multitracks:
- The session as a whole was truly a budget session, and was tracked in the band's usual rehearsal place, which has good acoustics but a very short reverb time. The recordings were made to a Mackie hard-disk recorder, with the mics going through a Nady eight-channel PRA8 preamp and the line/DI signals going through a Behringer UB1204 mixer.
- Microphones used were Studio Projects condensers, Electrovoice PL91s, Behringer XM1800s, and Shure SM58s.
- All the parts were recorded live, with the exception of the guitar, which was overdubbed. Sixteen tunes were recorded during the session, and most were a single take.
