I like you your mix ,much better job than i ended up with ,maybe in the intro leave the lo fi piano and vocal but have the bottom end of the piano and the bass there to keep it full as i have a short attention span lol,and the first couple of seconds of a mix is important to catch the listener's attention before skipping to the next song.
It's a fine balance as many mixes go the other way and have awesome intro's only to be let down when the bass and drums come in.
