WAY TOO MUCH BASS! 
High passing and cutting in the 200 to 300 Hz range would really help.
Everything else has great clear separation.
Noticeable sibilance on the back up vocals.
Maybe try a little less air, treble, mid-range, or any combination of the three.
Tighten up the reverb a touch.
Definitely try again. I think that this could really become an excellent mix!
