This sounds too cramped to me, I think it needs some EQ tweaking to open it up and get it sounding wider (maybe a stereo widener?), there's too many things competing for the midrange. I like the distortion on the vocals but it's a bit heavy handed, gets a little distracting. Overall the balance is good.
