There seems to be a significant issue with the synchronization of the tracks. Additionally, the delay on the solo guitar is quite long, which creates some dissonance.

Sure. I had a problem with Cubase 10. I updated to Cubase 13, and now I don't have that problem anymore. It used to frustrate me and made me not want to finish the songs properly. Thank you.
