Too much compression going on. Your stems are begging you to adjust your threshold. It doesn't hurt if you use de-esser on the vocal. I like the Mix two. It is much more breathing.
Stop collecting plugins and hardware. First understand the tool you got and then look for extension when you reach your limit.
