Blues Bastards - Lights Out
#8
This version includes very small tweaks to address some of the critiques here:

- Tried to find a bit more focus on the snare and kick. I didn't use any samples here, so I feel like the snare might be as far as I can get it without doubling. I adjusted the parallel compression a little.
- Tried to build up the bass a little better at the beginning.
- I sidechained the Vox to the guitars and its doing about 3dB max. This might not have been the right move, but I wanted to keep the energy of the guitars and just have the vocal cut its own hole whenever he sings.
- High passed the mix (only to like 30Hz) to try and get rid of bad stuff.
- Did a tiny little baby boost to low mids to the guitars to try and make a little more mid range to perhaps balance out the top end.
- I had to stem down the BGVs so my computer could handle the project, so they sit a little different in this one.
