Tried to give the song a Rob Thomas/Santana vibe. I welcome any feedback. Thanks!

Pretty good overall balance. The main thing I might change is to shorten up the reverb on the snare.
To mix or not to mix ... mix!

Way too much comp on the drums, all out on their own.
Take the verb down and bring the drums more into the mix Because a lot of the mix is good.

[undefined=undefined]I will have to take a look at the mix when I get a chance but I think I think there is serial compression on kick and snare and parallel comp and verb on the drum buss. I totally agree that the snare sits outside the mix at many points and under the mix at busy sections. Great ear. For some reason I really dig the kick drum. Did it stand out as being over compressed or too loud?

Some little tweaks on the drums and you should be solid. But overall, keep up the good work! Check out my mix let me know what you think
