Hey Topee! This is what I would take a look at:

While I like the introductory quality of the crashes, I think they are too prominent in the beginning for my taste. Panning itself might be enough for putting focus on them.

I like the type of reverb on the lead vocals, but it's a bit too loud in relation to the rest.

Background vocals could get a little more focus.

The guitar sounds very good. Piano is panned a little weirdly. This can work, it's just my personal liking to have the piano in stereo.
