It's My Right My MIX - Andreas Tyranopoulos - 01-04-2015 Hello! Nice song, nice recording! I hope you like it!! RE: It's My Right My MIX - thedon - 02-04-2015 Hi Andreas pretty good balance ,Did you use a bass amp simulator on the bass ? I'm wondering while listening if the mix would have a bit more dynamics and punch with a touch less bus compression on limiting, just as a personal taste thing . RE: It's My Right My MIX - Andreas Tyranopoulos - 02-04-2015 Hello thedon! Thanks for the reply! No I didn't use any bass amp simulator on the bass. The only thing I did was to treat on these two channels very differently. On both channels I used in this order NLS Channel, API550B, DBX-160 and finally CLA Bass. I cut all the low end from the DI channel and boosted the 1Khz plus some distortion from CLA Bass. On the amp channel I did boost very much the 50Hz and some dbs on the 150 plus some sub and overdrive from CLA Bass. |
