patrick talkboot set me free - kroyer 33 - 25-02-2015 enjoy the mix...aceppt critics RE: patrick talkboot set me free - ptalbot - 26-02-2015 Hey kroyer 33, nice mix. A few things that I noticed: 1/ the snare is overbearing during the solos, it's louder than the lead (keys and guitar) and has a lot of top end snap 2/ the loop and generally drums have lots of cymbals and high end, the loop is a bit loud 3/ the lead guitar (during the solo) is rather quiet and not forward enough, I'd try to make it as loud as the vocals. So IMHO I think it's all a question of finding a better balance of levels between the elements, apart from that it's sounding good. |
