Hi all
A nice jazzpiece, well played but with leakage challenges.
In my view the drums sounds nice but the overhead mics should have been moved further away from the drumkit when recorded, resulting in a better balance between cymbals and the rest of drums. It would also reduce the "mics close to the cymbals" sound.
The bass and piano recordings sounds good, but there are a some spill from the drums in the piano mics, especially during the "drum solo" part, where the drummer hits the drums hard.
Please listen and comment on how to make this mix sound better.
