RE: Amber Skye's Howlin' SH's Mix Version - iShouldBsleeping - 02-03-2015 First thoughts: It sounds like there is no low end energy in this track at all.. not sure how you managed to do that. I think some of the instruments sound ok tonally but the overall balance is so random it's hard to appreciate it. I think the vocal tone is pretty good, but again in an unbalanced mix it's kind of moot. I think you could benefit a lot from reference mixes. I constantly used reference mixes on this project and it helped bring to light a lot of my deficiencies.
