Don't Put Me On Hold - mixolydian - 24-04-2023 Hi... RE: Don't Put Me On Hold - mikej - 24-04-2023 Hi! Good mix! Really enjoyed listening to it, quite a few times actually! Couple of minor things I picked up on: I felt a db or so of gentle wide boost around 360k - just to bring up the area between 200 and 1k to add a touch more weight to the mix, and a similar boost around 5k to pick up the vocal really got the mix popping out the speakers, along with a very small amount of widening. I thought the guitar should have been a bit more forward in the mix around the 2 minute mark, compared to the sax at that point perhaps to direct the listeners ear to it. Other than those small things, good stuff! I thought some bold balance choices that really work well. Cheers! |
