Not bad but the bus compression is responding to heavily to the thumpy bass drum. The vocals are too distant and the drums are too up front. Some of the colourful elements (lap steel and fiddle for instance) could come up as commentary between the vocal phrases. The solos all need to come up, they are quieter than the comping. You should delve more into automating sections and also using clip gaining (or gain rides) to bring stuff up and then fade them back when they become intrusive. Think of drawing the listener's ear along a thread, you want to hypnotize the listener so that they drift off into that blissful zone of music lovers if your know what I mean!
Keep on mixing and have fun!
Best,
Rob Cummings (Hot Milk Studio Berlin)
