One Minute Mastered - Laurence Bush - 25-06-2022

This only took around 10 minutes, with 5 minutes fixing the problems with the high frequencies, and then a quick master to keep it funky with a high volume.
I don't know if anyone else has the same thoughts about the mix and the high frequencies, but they really were quite unbearable. It sounds like a lot of boosting in the highs on the drums and voice, and it is really bad at around 15 Khz. I checked it on SPAN and it was really popping out at that point, so I got rid of everything in that area. There is still the odd nasty high frequency coming through, but it much more bearable now.

In all honesty the voice is mixed quite low, but the rest of the section sounds pretty good.
