First Time applying some concepts - Ryan_Smiley - 01-05-2022 1. Started by listening and then looking at the frequencies between instruments. 2. Raised 3 db on the Sax in the 2-3k range 3. reduced 3 db on the sax in the 200-300 range - sounds like it made rooms for the bass (acoustic gtr di) fingering 4. Rolled off at 60hz for the acoustic gtr di bumped the 200-3oo range up by 3 db and a little bump in the 800-1000 range to hear a bit more of the finger 5. Decided to pan the Acoustic Gtr DI to the left a little and did the opposite to the sax - thinking two people on stage. standing close enough for a big sound but not on top of each other 6. Added some reverb and delay to the DI and Sax track. the summed track I pretty much left alone |
