Glenn McPhee - A Sailor Once More - filipandrei - 29-12-2021 Found it tricky to mix, especially the drums. I would love to have these on separate tracks. Any comments and feedback are always welcomed Cheers RE: Glenn McPhee - A Sailor Once More - RandomUser76fce8 - 03-02-2022 Greetings, Can you describe the musical intention, the musical message, the story you were trying to convey? RE: Glenn McPhee - A Sailor Once More - filipandrei - 03-02-2022 Hey RandomUser , It's a quite an interesting question, and keeping it short, all I tried is to emphasize the vocal line and the wind instruments, giving it a "country" vibe, with acoustic guitars and drums being the main rhythm drive. The bagpipe theme and the vocal line keeps me thinking of an Irish song, so I wanted to make it sound like one by keeping the acoustic instruments up front! Cheers |
