Jesse Joy - Release - manor_project - 04-07-2021

Here's my mix...hard panned the guitars but I think it works in this case.
Limited on the master buss.
Any feedback more than welcome.

Hi!
Nice mix. Maybe I have to say a couple of points:
1.- The voice is to dry. I think that this tracks needs more deepth
2.- The vocals needs to open on the stereo. I know that the track is mono, but you can use widers plugins.
3.- The volumes of the cellos needs more work. They are a bit low.
Cheers

Thanks very much for your comments, very helpful. I deliberately kept the lead vocal focused and intimate, didn't want to add too much reverb but I'll try adding more depth. Good point about widening the vocals and definitely getting the cellos to stand out more.

Thanks again!
