ridgybeatle mix - ridgybeatle - 08-02-2014

Hi,

Moving the midi hat to the multiple hat keys in BFD and trying to choose the most real sounding ones took more time than any other single thing in this mix. Nice song. I like the insane kitchen-sink ending. These guys remind me of the '90s in a good way.

Wow, That is a fantastically powerful mix. Being able to replace the drums is something I don't know how to do yet, but yours are well done! A very good fit. This mix reminded me of the 90's in a good way - you set a great vibe. I do feel the guitar comes in a bit strong in the pause before the end build, just a little too big. I would bump the end vocals up a dB or two just to get them to peek out a little. That was a great mix, I really enjoyed it!

Great sounding mix. You made a fine job of making all the parts clear and audible at the end, really sounds great. Good job !!
