The Mountaineering Club, Mallory TChianti Mix - TChianit - 06-02-2014 Hello, I took a very different approach for me on this track. There were many piano and guitar tracks. So I grouped them each thru separate Aux Busses and used the unique sounds of each of the tracks as if they were a graphic EQ and blended and panned them using the different characteristics of each track instead of EQ-ing them separately. I only used a light compressor and a 2-band EQ on the master busses. The lead is also without any EQ. I just used EQ on the effects return. As for the loops, I didn't feel them as much as I would like. So I used Spectrasonics Stylus RMX to re-create the groove elements as close as I could and tucked my loops in underneath for some extra flavor. I hope you will enjoy my take on this track. Thanks, TC |
