Mistrusted: 'Trapped' AnalogBinary Mix - AnalogBinary - 22-04-2021 Hello, this a mix. Is good? Bad? Who knows... I gotta find people to give me money. You too? Oh well... "Rock n' roll will never die." - Wesley Willis RE: Mistrusted: 'Trapped' AnalogBinary Mix - Mixinthecloud - 23-04-2021 Sounds like somebody's tapping a mic with a drum stick. Check, check. Other than that, this is pretty much right up the middle. I gave it another shot and took out the overheads, I forgot if I completely eliminated them or if I've got them nudged in in the back but for the type of music i think the results were good. Even aside from just the clacking being gone. I'm so used to using the overheads as the "big picture" for the drums but I bet in a lot of situations stereo room mics can be more appropriate. I've attached the resulting mix. Thank you for your input, much appreciated. |
