Hi there! I come from EDM, but I practice on musical styles I’m not familiar with to train my skills.
Here's my master of "Through My Eyes."
I like this a lot. Reminds me most of the ballads in the early 2000s; reminds me of music back home.
This only went through some EQ and compression, really. I'd rather not change a thing.
I made two versions, one that is more "compatible" for streaming services and another as my preferred level.
I don't know why I bothered. The difference is so small. I guess SMALL is big in mastering.
Tell me what you think. Like if the dynamics, tonal balance, and soundstage are doing justice to the song.
