I really like the acoustic guitars. Though, maybe they could have less reverb. The vocal could come in stronger to engage the listener more. Like Dangerous said it needs more drums. They could also be little more "in focus". Maybe also less reverb. The bridge delay effect could be more subtle. The bass gutter/low end/low mids might be a little 'washy'. It might be the reverb though.
Overall it sounds good. It could use some tweaks but it's a solid mix.
