My first mix (Bitter) - Kike Alkayata - 01-08-2020
Hi guys, I'm new in that stuff of mixing and that's the first song I took from CMT.
For me it sounds pretty fine but sometimes I think that I go for a very simple mix since the only thing I do is to apply EQ + Comp to everything. I also applied paralel compression to the whole drums.
For mastering I got some low end from PuigTEC EQP1A, some bright with VEQ4 and I gave some gain and magic with IMPusher.
Suggestions and improvements will be appreciated!
