All The Gin Is Gone - btn sound - 17-07-2020 My mix RE: All The Gin Is Gone - robert82 - 09-10-2021 Sounds like a record to me! RE: All The Gin Is Gone - Rob Cummings (Hot Milk Studio) - 08-02-2024 Nice mix, you have brightened it up more than some others here. I think certain elements like the overheads really need this brightness to 'speak'. I also like that you tamed the squealing sax at the end of his solo, that part had me squinting during my mix! In terms of balance, maybe the piano is a tick too dominant, but this would be a matter of taste! Have a listen to my mix, we have subtle differences in terms of balance but I don't think there is a right or wrong in these ranges of 0.5-1 dB. Best, Rob Cummings (Hot Milk Studio) |
