The Black Crown - Cage (Cherry Mix) - MissCherryBomb - 13-07-2020

First time trying out a new DAW. (Tracktion Waveform Free. Super versatile for something that costs 0$)

Also lost my monitors half way through this mix so it was finished on headphones. (RIP KRK Rokit 4s)

Main vocals were tuned due to them being off key way too often. Though nothing drastic was done to them as far as tuning goes. And frankly it's probably just an excuse for me to tune them cause I have a fun time tuning vocals. The doubles and harmonies were not tuned since they are buried in the background anyways. Didn't think it would be worth my time to do that.

If you have any questions on how I mixed certain parts let me know! As well as any tips for how I can make it better.

Thanks for listening!
~Cherry

The tuning artifacts are really jumping out at me. Not sure tuning was needed but maybe I was just used to the original notes. Musically, the band feels fine.
