Sounds great to me.
I like especially the relaxed sound of drums, and the voice is great.
Acoustic guitar has maybe too many effects to my taste. Now it goes sonically too much to the same direction as electric piano and wurlizer, and they begin to mask each other.

Overall I like what youve done to the song.
The kick is a bit too big for the genre, the modulation effect on guitar isnt to my taste and all voices would benefit from more automation to even out and help performance.
That said its very easy to listen to and my complaints are more a matter o taste than skill.

By the way bas play an A at 3.16. Should be E
Its easy to replace.
