Hey guys/gals....

I wanted to hear some real percussive clarity, well as much as could be achieved with such densely populated tracks. I did NOT sound-replace or add any samples.....just used the tracks provided and processed "in the box" with plugins only. I made the Bombo sound like a kick drum with various manipulative uses of certain plugins because I felt it just needed it, but I wanted to achieve that without sound-replacing. It came out pretty good.....sounds like a kick. There were plenty of other hand drums in there plus a snare. Don't be fooled by this song as it's got lots of tracks and things want to compete with each other and it is a challenge getting this song to sound good with the clarity that it deserves. Well, I'm pretty happy with my mix. Let me know what'cha think.
