My Mix of Chlaga - Badcard - 02-04-2020

Hello all,

For this one I stopped to do quick and shitty mastering.
There is only a limiter/maximizer.

I handled the drums as the tempo based instrument (duuh). There is almost not sustain on the kick. I made the attack for the drums as percussive as possible and keeping it natural. There is only reverb on the snare.

For the lead voice, I didnt put a doubler or a delay. That is why I probably put to much volume on it. I made a parallel compression on the vox bus to bring it more to the front. There is no general para comp on this track, only the voice and the drums.
The reverb is quite strong but I've put a compressor in sidechain to attenuate it.

I automated pan on saxo and fiddle and guitar.

Let me know if you like it.

Also, if you guys want to master my songs starting from this one, feel free to ask. I will send you the wav.

Thanks

Hi Badcard

Great job! I actually thought the balance and reverb sends where really well judged.
