Hi
The general impression is that it's heavily comped, which is a shame for this kind of music.
From the drums and the electric guitars, it sounds like you come from a metal background
The guitars accutally sounds nice, but they sound more metal than ... well, this 
Balance-wise it's fine, it does, however, sound a bit dry, both vocals and acoustic guitar,
Keep it up and stay healthy
