Queens Light - Whoosh - whoosh - 10-11-2013 My mix of Queens Light. Really nice tune! Looking forward to your comments. RE: Queens Light - Whoosh - thedon - 12-11-2013 Nice balanced sounding mix ,the percussion sounds great ! The bass and kick sound a little full around the100-125 hz range on my monitors ! The guitar solo sounds a touch upfront ,maybe a a little eq reduction around the 300 hz and 1600 hz The Rhodes piano solo also sounds a little upfront and maybe a lttle eq at around 350hz and 1 k may soften up the sound This is just how it sounds in my room and on larger monitors ! RE: Queens Light - Whoosh - whoosh - 14-11-2013 Thanks! I definitly agree on the bass and kick, they fill up the low too much. Had a chance to play this on a proper full range, and the low is a bit too much indeed, definition does get lost. Will do a little revision and have a listen at the Rhodes and guitar as well. |
