Hi Jacques ,
These are definitely challenging multi tracks ,
I like arrangement ideas and how you treated the vocals especially the sibilance .
The synth could be a touch fuller in the bottom end in the intro and then some automation to bring it down or eq like you have done as synth in the verse as has some timing issues.
I think if the Snare Rim shot could come down or be in the background would sit better in the mix .

skipped version 1 and started listening to version to cause it's your best effort
the vocals are boxy sounding and need better clarity and that goes for the times you use effects on the vocals too. you lose the clarity of the mix and that just loses the listener. remember that it's your job to either enhance or improve the groove that is given to you. this mix is almost there but needs more work
