Ease up on the compression its so smashed you cant even hear whats going on,you want to turn it off as soon as it comes on.A good mix is not about how loud and smashed it is. Educate yourself .Be honest,could you listen to that on the radio ?

You still need to ease up on the compression you use as its ruing your mixes,Your over trying to make things loud.
