Bolz & Knecht: Brahms's 'Hungarian Dance No. 5 - dummy_mixer - 13-09-2019 Hello, this is my contribution. I mixed it thinking about a performance in the theater, in a hall or something, so I added a strong reverberation. Maybe too much? Let me know and thank you. RE: Bolz & Knecht: Brahms's 'Hungarian Dance No. 5 - lmat - 16-09-2019 Nice mix! I like the balance. It sounds like both instruments are right in the center, which is fine. Although it does sound like a small theatre, I think it's too much. The goal of mixing this performance is probably not to simulate an audience member in a space, but to simulate the best spot in the house, or maybe even an on-stage vantage point. This is not the clearest-sounding mix. Otherwise it sounds good! |
