'One Time Weekend'_mix Tommy M. - tjmtruth - 16-07-2019 Yes indeed! This was a challenge but very fun to mix!!! I wanted to make this mix not too bass heavy and not too thin.....just right in the pocket was my goal. I'm pretty happy with the mix. I wanted to keep the guitars in a nebulous place, not being able to detect too well where they were in the stereo spectrum....kind of what you might hear at a live concert sitting front row center. I think I pulled that off. Enjoy. Tom RE: 'One Time Weekend'_mix Tommy M. - Mixinthecloud - 16-07-2019 Really dig the vocal space. Really caught my ear. Drums too. Everything is solid. I would like to hear more tone in the guitars, something I respect your ears with. Everything fits but I am feeling a lack of body. There's great energy and decent dynamics otherwise. |
