Believer - Barnstar (1st mix) - Shul - 14-07-2019 Had to listen to several songs like this one.. Hope I did a good job on it. No automation because I still don't know that in reaper but I don't think this needs automation.. volumes in the recording are pretty solid. I particularly liked this song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=neSUe7dO4v0 Loved it in the justified show! it sounds like everything was recorded with neuman u87 lol anyhow here is the mix. RE: Believer - Barnstar (1st mix) - kapu - 29-07-2019 hi! perhaps some boomyness around 200? still, sounds very nice. good mixing! I'll find a time to open this again thanks for the input! RE: Believer - Barnstar (1st mix) - Peppermill - 31-07-2019 Levels are dialed in nicely! I struggled trying to brighten this mix, ended up using an exciter on a few tracks. Not sure it worked! Just a suggestion, I hope it helps! RE: Believer - Barnstar (1st mix) - Mixinthecloud - 16-08-2019 A little thick around the middle which is hiding the nuance and detail of the players.
