Dad´s Glad - My Mix - silvio.hotpanzer - 07-07-2019

Hi. This is my mix for this song. Hope you enjoy it.
Thanks for listening to it.

The acoustic guitar was definitely muffled-sounding raw, and you seemed to attempt to fix that, but now it feels much too harsh. Especially the artifacts and string slides. Subtractive methods may have worked a little better than additive, but I'm not sure.
The vocals are much too loud, it's like if the band was 30 feet behind him while he was singing.
The drums seem to sit under everything, like an afterthought. I'd like to hear that snare a little more.

Other than that, very nice!
