Basically, parallel compression to the drum&loop section after clean with EQ (low frecuency specially), a little compression on guitars, horns and keyboard, and some compression on vocals (two compressors in cascade).
Then, all send to a plate reverb (at diferent levels) and the horns to a chamber reverb too.
A little master compression and EQ, and some automation in solos

This is a good mix!
Would like to hear a little more brightness in the overall sound though. I pulled it up in my DAW with SPAN, I see the high frequencies are much lower than the mids and lows. I think more lows and low mids can be cut from the main vox as well. Only two things that strike me.
But good tones and nice balance of volume
