2 Bare Hands - Mix

RE: 2 Bare Hands - dtldarek - 25-05-2019

That's a really energetic mix! Still, I would say that the low frequencies are a bit overcooked. Also, you have pushed the vocal back too much and in effect left side guitar (or sometimes the synthesizer) seems the most important part. Finally, there are some recording artifact like hum in the beginning and some clicks here and there – these are rather distracting (though I must admit that it definitely does deepen "indie live show" character of the mix Big Grin) Anyway, just a few tweaks here and there and you will have an awesome mix!

Hi August,

I really like the kick and the snare sound. Could you explain what effect did you use?

Interesting panning too.

Thanks!
