hey, i'm no pro and am new to this forum, but i'll offer my two pence. I really like that gentle whisper reverb at the start. I think the backing vocals are pretty good overall- well balanced between each other. There is quite a bit of distortion after the drums kick in. I think over-all the track has a gentle feel to it, it doesn't feel like you've ramped up the volume on anything and there is a lot of clarity with the different tracks.

My mix sounds just like yours, not heavy on the drums or guitar because it's in the pop song supposed to be I guess.
