Forkupines: 'Sleep By The Fire, Bloom In Water' - AnalogBinary - 02-01-2019 This my mix. RE: Forkupines: 'Sleep By The Fire, Bloom In Water' - raphael - 02-02-2019 Hi! Cool mix, the bass is pretty huge! It sounds a bit crushed though. Is there a limiter on the master ? I also think the snare could use some more snap and punch. Best, Raphaƫl. RE: Forkupines: 'Sleep By The Fire, Bloom In Water' - AnalogBinary - 10-02-2019 Thanks!! Yeah, there is a limiter on the master. I've been trying to work on making louder mixes or mixes that will work for a loud master. This one I smashed a bit, still learning. And yeah, the snare needs more guts. This has been a difficult song to mix, I think cause there the midrange is so busy but it might also be cause I'm trying to make it too loud. I need to give it another shot soon. |
