I wouldn't want to be too critical of this mix because I haven't worked on the song myself.
But there is one fundamental easy to fix 'problem' which I feel should have been noticed earlier and rectified. There is an 'ugliness' being brought to the vocals through some very loud breath intakes. There's nothing wrong with hearing a bit of breath sound, but when these become louder than some of the softer words being sung, it becomes a distracting element. I'd just go through the automation and 'dip' the offending parts. Really easy to fix.
