Shut up and play mix - maxmonto - 27-10-2017 Let me know what you think RE: Shut up and play mix - mixingonamission - 27-10-2017 Hi maxmonto, for me your drums are too dry/underprocessed compared with the guitars and organ. Try out some drum verb on the whole kit to match the lead guitars'. RE: Shut up and play mix - Mixinthecloud - 29-10-2017 I might possibly agree with MoaM, but would say there is too much distance on the lead guitar, not too little verb on the drums. I get the issue with getting the lead to lay against the ensemble. It is the real difference between getting a good mix and great mix of this piece. You are very close to a great mix, just a bit more refinement on the lead guitar effects and I think you are there. |
