J0K3R: 'September Trance' - Stereo Sonic - 21-10-2017

Here's my mix

I like the treatment of the ostinato intro part....sounds like either compression or added reverb/delay...however, I'm completely missing the kick drum and bassline here....the driving forces of this song. You've done some interesting treatments to the arps with resonant filters of your own, which I really like. The sidechained synth in the breakdown in a touch muddy...but not so much that it is not listenable. You've used the "hidden" rhythmic element that's sort of a "popping" sound for punch in the original mix as a bit more of a lead element, which I think is a cool creative touch.

what I really would like to hear out of this mix is the bass and kick to be MUCH stronger in order to drive the song forward.
