I like the mono style.
Your bass is maybe too loud and near. You maybe used too much that DI-mic. It doesn't sound so 50's. The other bass mic would be perfect choise for this style.
The 50's delay effect maybe is not so style appropriate.

The narrow deep sound is OK, but I also find that the bass is overpowering the whole mix in a distracting way.
