Dan Gabel & The Abletones Big Band: 'Corine, Corine' - black-fandango - 07-07-2013 Tried for a 1950's sound. I hope you enjoy it. RE: Dan Gabel & The Abletones Big Band: 'Corine, Corine' - Olli H - 08-07-2013 I like the mono style. Your bass is maybe too loud and near. You maybe used too much that DI-mic. It doesn't sound so 50's. The other bass mic would be perfect choise for this style. The 50's delay effect maybe is not so style appropriate. RE: Dan Gabel & The Abletones Big Band: 'Corine, Corine' - electricladyLAN - 23-07-2013 The narrow deep sound is OK, but I also find that the bass is overpowering the whole mix in a distracting way. |
