Reaper Stock Plugin Challenge - VinayJD - 27-05-2017
I decided to challenge myself to mix this song using only stock Reaper plugins. I didn't use any drum samples and nor did I re-amp the guitars. Everything that you hear is what was provided in the original stem pack.
I went for a raw and aggressive old school hardcore sound and as with all my mixes, I did my best to make sure that the vocals were upfront and well represented.
I think that it turned out sounding pretty good and represents the sound that the band was going for when compared to the reference mix provided.

Nice job! For my taste, the kick is a bit "muffled". And a little less snare would be good.
