Lindy Hip Big Band: 'Makin' Whoopee' (v1) - loupi - 04-03-2017

nice singing. i may refine her vocals later.

version 2 (conveniently called v1): cleaned up the vocals, and mastered.

I like it loupi, a big concert hall sound. The reverb on the vocal is a little heavy handed for me, mainly in the lower frequencies, maybe you could filter the return?

Well Done

Yeah. It sounds nice. I kind of like the reverb on the vocal but I think it takes away some of the intimacy of the voice. I does reinforce the sense of space but I think it could be a little dried and in the foreground.

Dangerous is right. Maybe filtering some of the lows off the 'verb might accomplish the same thing.

Sounds good.

Thanks for the feedback. i made the vocal more intimate, but i still wanted it somehow big, to connect the whole. and i did some mastering-moves ;-).
