Mix - Ronnie Jones: 'Why Don't You Stay' kapu - Txory - 31-01-2017 What is your opinion about the mix? RE: Mix - Ronnie Jones: 'Why Don't You Stay' kapu - kapu - 31-01-2017 Thanks for feed back! It 'sits' fine, but I'd take down the tambourine and maybe bass a little, although this is just a matter of taste. RE: Mix - Ronnie Jones: 'Why Don't You Stay' kapu - Txory - 31-01-2017 thanks for feedback RE: Mix - Ronnie Jones: 'Why Don't You Stay' kapu - thedon - 01-02-2017 Sounds like a pretty solid mix on my monitors. I agree the could come down just a touch but not causing any problems with the overall sound. The tambourine maybe could be softened by a subtle room effect or compression ? Just some thoughts ,This is a really good mix ! Well Done RE: Mix - Ronnie Jones: 'Why Don't You Stay' kapu - Txory - 01-02-2017 (01-02-2017, 10:10 AM)thedon Wrote: Sounds like a pretty solid mix on my monitors. Many thanks for your comment thedon, I would like to know the techniques that use blends, type parallel compression, multiband compressors, etc. RE: Mix - Ronnie Jones: 'Why Don't You Stay' kapu - Olli H - 03-02-2017 Nice smooth sound. It suits fine the singing style Bass/drums balance is not ok yet. I would take down the bass down couple of dbs. Or drums up. Hard to say RE: Mix - Ronnie Jones: 'Why Don't You Stay' kapu - Txory - 03-02-2017 thanks for your comment |
